Financial Reporting Manager

A leading supplier of engineering components and services , specializing in the distribution of industrial products for various sectors, is currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and reporting of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions . Duties: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports in compliance with accounting standards. Manage the consolidation process for multi-currency and multi-entity financial data. Perform detailed analysis of foreign exchange (Forex) impacts and provide insights to mitigate risks. Lead the financial reporting team, ensuring efficient workflows and accurate reporting timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business planning and decision-making. Review and ensure the integrity of financial data, including reconciliations and compliance checks. Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications & Skills: A CA(SA) qualification is a must. A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial reporting, with significant exposure to forex, multi-currency consolidations, and complex financial environments.
