Software Engineering - Application Lead (39296-1)

Required Skills & Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in SAP Controlling (CO), with deep functional knowledge of S/4HANA CO modules. Proven track record in delivering end-to-end SAP implementations. Experience in template roll-outs/system consolidation and knowledge of SAP CO integration with other modules. Strong communication and project management skills for client engagements. Mining industry experience is a plus. Education & Certifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field. SAP S/4HANA CO certification preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP CO module design, build, testing, and deployment for S/4HANA implementations. Manage template roll-outs and system consolidation initiatives. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and configure solutions. Provide expert guidance on cost/profit centre accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysis. Serve as the main point of contact for client-facing communications. Create documentation and conduct training for end-users.
