Research Associate Analyst

We are looking for a Research Associate Analyst to join our Financial Markets Equity Research Team in the Diversified Industrials and Special Situations sector. This role will report directly to the Diversified Industrials and Special Situations Research Analyst in our Toronto office. This position requires an ambitious and self-motivated individual who is comfortable in ambiguous, demanding and fast-paced environment. Your Job Analysis of financial statements and the valuation of domestic and foreign companies Development and maintenance of financial models Industry & market research and collection and maintenance of industry and company data Evaluation of additional information from the financial press, corporate, industry and alternative sources Assist in writing and editing research notes, reports and analyst presentations Communication with institutional clients, management of companies under coverage and equity sales staff Your Team National Bank Financial (NBF) is a leading Canadian Financial Services company. The firm is seeking a Research Associate Analyst who will work directly with the firm’s Research Analyst in the Diversified Industrials and Special Situations sector. This position is based in Montreal or Toronto.
