Job description Project Management : - Capable of conducting project autonomously; - Strong stakeholder management capability ; - Great communication skills. Contract management Operations: - Follow the HQ guidelines and assist the contract management to execute contract related processes; - Organise cross functional discussion on giving topics to evaluate contract related subjects. Data Operations : - Responsible for the management and execution of the daily sales data; - Assisting overseas sales managers to synchronize and communicate with customers and headquarters. Customer Operations: - CRM maintenance and update; - Lead Customer introduction process; - Customer offer editing and sending operations for SMP and IOT. Complete other tasks that the superior has explained. Requirements : Bachelor degree or above; Majored in international business, international trade, marketing, business management and other related majors; Skilled in using Office software; Project Management experience; Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. French is a nice to have; Strong communication skills, proactive, responsible, teamplayer and superb execution; Problem -solving mindset with actionable insight; Eager to learn and great problem-solving ability; At least 3 years of working experience (internship included).
