Key Responsibilities: System Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP FI/CO modules to meet business requirements. Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP FI/CO with other SAP modules and external systems. Data Migration: Manage the migration of financial data to SAP systems. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FI/CO-related issues. Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide technical support as needed. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP FI/CO configurations, processes, and system changes. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Position Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI/CO implementation and support, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules, including configuration and customization. Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles. Experience with data migration and integration with other SAP modules. Project Management: Experience in managing SAP FI/CO projects, including scope, budget, and timeline management. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-oriented mindset.
