We are seeking an exceptional Client Partner/Sales Developer/Account Executive with a hunter mindset to build our new customer base. Responsibilities: Initiate new sales prospecting in the country. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs. Generate interest, qualify leads, and drive pipeline growth via phone calls, emails, and social media in the assigned territory. Research accounts and identify key personas. Acquire key/targeted personas through various available tools. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders. Follow up on campaigns and provide feedback to the team and managers to maximize sales. Job Requirements: At least 10 years of experience as a Client Partner, Business Developer, Sales Developer, or Account Executive, primarily in information technology services companies. You have contacts and a customer database from your previous experiences, ideally in the Banking Sector. Experience in selling Nearshore and Offshore services to the Banking Sector. Ability to build, manage, and close both transactional deals and complex solution sales as required. Ability to discuss technologies and software development. Comfortable with agile methodologies. Fluency in French and English.
