Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in deep learning, NLP models and Computer Vision models. This role includes the opportunity to work on a groundbreaking initiative: Antigreenwashing AI , a tool designed to assess marketing campaigns for greenwashing risks against global standards. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Antigreenwashing AI team to develop and optimize models that evaluate campaigns (text, images, and PDFs) against ARPP deontology principles and other global greenwashing guidelines. Contribute to expand towards suggestions of positive representations in communication on environmental and social aspects.v Design and implement scalable machine learning solutions to enable real-time campaign evaluations in English, French, and other languages. Develop, optimize, and deploy deep learning models using TensorFlow and/or PyTorch. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Antigreenwashing AI into the fast-paced creative processes of Publicis Groupe agencies. Utilize Azure cloud services for scalable application architectures. Monitor and manage machine learning experiments and model lifecycles using MLFlow. Be aware of the environmental footprint of the software you develop and contribute to its ecodesign. Required Skills & Experience: 0-2 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles. Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for classification, prediction and time series forecasting. Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Proficiency in SQL for managing and querying large datasets. Strong understanding of multiprocessing and multithreading in Python. Experience with cloud computing platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure. Hands-on experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments. Expertise in MLFlow for tracking experiments and managing machine learning pipelines. Proficiency in English and French Interest for textual data and ability to evaluate its relevance and clarity Nice to Have: Familiarity with AI models for compliance or marketing applications. Experience with Azure Machine Learning (AML). Familiarity with Kubernetes or Docker for model deployment. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
