Job Description
Responsibilities: Own the category level AIoT product Go-To-Market short-and-long strategy and set the pace, process, and direction on how to bring propositions/products to market; Responsible for conducting market/competitive/industry analysis, deeply understanding the local market, consumer behaviours, industry trend, product competition and key clients needs; Liase closely internally within Xiaomi France, and with West Europe Regional Hub and with Headquarter to jointly develop and execute GTM plans including the end to end definition of market opportunity, competitive landscape, target segments, right products, the route to market, pricing, proposition, key messaging, commercial benefit/impact and launch timeline in partnership with the Product team; Responsible for meeting the product category’s sales and margin guidelines; Analyze data to guide/develop business planning and promotional strategy; Run simulations based on analysis and promotion plans to develop forecasts for program costs; Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales and supply chain to drive decisions for the product portfolio and to develop a product launch and life-cycle strategy; Drive channel readiness, product sell in/ sell out/ sell through, and execution; Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above; Previous similar experience with proposition building, pricing and forecasting in consumer electronics, or smartphone or IoT industry; Business strategy driven, capable to define objectives, KPIs and reporting; Strong Project management skills; Knowledge on Go-To-Market Management; Previous global working experience preferred; Entrepreneurial spirit; Meticulous attention to detail; Proficient in English and Chinese to be able to closely liase with Headquarter.
