Digital Solution Architect

Location : Paris, France Remote Working : Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days remote About the Role Are you a dynamic technology leader passionate about designing state-of-the-art data platforms to support advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning? As a Digital Solution Architect, you’ll deliver practical, scalable solutions while driving innovation and improvement across technology stacks. Your ability to influence, lead, and adapt will be key in shaping the future of digital healthcare. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs and strategic goals. Promote and ensure adherence to standards across processes, applications, and infrastructure. Leverage existing digital products and building blocks to optimise solutions. Create design documents and solution roadmaps for seamless transitions. Verify non-functional requirements as part of the product backlog. Orchestrate the delivery of interconnected technology components. Prioritise technology enablers and collaborate with stakeholders to contextualise designs. Stay updated on company standards, industry practices, and emerging trends. What You’ll Need Functional Requirements Expertise in Lean & Agile practices, proof-of-concept implementations, and design facilitation. Ability to quickly adapt to and assess new technologies. For senior roles: mentoring or technology advocacy is a plus. Technical Requirements Experience with cloud services (especially AWS), Agile/DevOps processes, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Actions). Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Linux, Kubernetes, and serverless. Programming expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Flutter. Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases (AWS RDS), and networking concepts. Bonus: Snowflake, Redshift, Kafka, or compliance knowledge (e.g., GxP, SOX). Soft Skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and a positive team player. Your Background 4–6 years of experience as a Developer or Solution Architect. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Healthcare experience is a strong plus.
