About the position The Financial and Administrative Manager (F&A) will be responsible for ensuring efficient financial and administrative management. This role will be working closely with the managing team to achieve financial reporting and strategic planning while managing cash flow and supplier relationships. This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills to support the company's financial and administrative functions. Responsibilities Establishing and maintaining effective accounting, bookkeeping systems, and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with strategic initiatives and budgets. Preparing, reviewing, and presenting monthly and annual financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and budget variance reports for the CEO. Managing bank accounts, reconciliations, electronic transactions, credit cards, deposit renewals, and signing authorities. Overseeing cash management, including accounts payable and receivable, purchases, investments, and payroll processing. Coordinating supplier relations, including payment terms negotiation and deadline management. Maintaining personnel records, health benefits, legal obligations, and compliance with labor laws while ensuring proper management of tax and administrative duties. Providing legal support to the CEO, managing contracts (CDD, CDI, internships), and ensuring the organization’s adherence to labor laws and policies. Profile A master's degree in accounting, Finance, MSTCF, DSCG, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a similar position Preferred prior work experience in a small or medium-sized company Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in applying accounting procedures and protocols to manage budgets, analyze data, and generate detailed reports Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and flexible environment Excellent organizational skills Good communication skills Fluent in both French and English
