The role As a Senior Account Manager, you'll drive business growth in your designated area by identifying and engaging with professional clients. You'll provide tailored technical solutions based on client needs and expertly negotiate sales terms to close deals. Responsibilities Customer portfolio management (maintenance of the link, follow-up of purchases, negotiations, presentation of products) Prospecting customers across the entire scope (national and/or international) Participation in dedicated events (trade shows, dedicated events) Analysis and identification of customer or prospect needs Establishment of quote and setting up a negotiating framework (prices, deadlines, etc.) Participation in tenders (preparation of responses, participation in sales meeting) Establish activity reports and follow-up KPIs Participation in the drafting of SOPs for the implementation of new trades CRM Update Active participation in invoice settlement Required Skills Knowledge of all the services offered by the company and its specific feature Mastery of commercial and prospecting techniques Knowledge of the business and key stakeholders Knowledge of the main competitors Computer tools skills Preferred Skills Strong interpersonal skills Social skills and ability to create a bond with customers Active listening skills Solution-oriented Resistance to the stress of objectives and the fatigue of travel
