This job is contributing to one of AXA’s global main transformation projects, dealing with AWS and AZURE cloud environments with infrastructure as a code continuous delivery, following SAFe method. It includes cloud computing and leading-edge technology in a multicultural environment, this mission is made for you JOB ENVIRONMENT AXA Group Operations Cloud Business Unit is providing global cloud products for all AXA entities. These products are provided at scale, enterprise grade, secure and compliant. The products include Cloud service providers AWS, AZURE and GCP. The products are Cloud Foundations services, PaaS and IaaS platform ecosystem services as well as development services to deploy and maintain services in the cloud. We are strengthening our cloud team, providing the global IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) products. Looking for a motivated and skilled cloud Feature Delivery Manager / Feature Owner. MISSIONS Reporting to the Executive head of Product Line, this role ensures the transversal coordination to define, scope and deliver and maintain new Cloud IaaS Product capabilities: Responsible for end-to-end feature lifecycle management, from demand identification until its deployment: Deliver scoping and PI preparation follow agile release process (SAFe methodology), ceremonies, and DevOps practices Articulate business benefits and owns benefits realization Define feature and acceptance criteria and testing. Explicitly included are operability, security compliance, monitoring of features Ensure (High and low level) design is delivered according to expectation & standards Coordinate Feature deployment to each customer (OpCo, Axa Go Products) in close collaboration with Product Manager Identify and manage all stakeholders within AXA Group Operations (Technical Office, SMEs, Group Security…), OpCo CIO teams (User Community) and Providers (AWS, AZUR, CapGemini,…) Follow governance (gates deliverables, committees, …) Prepare processes and organizations to ensure feature operability in Production (financial, operational and technical readiness) Act as a transformation agent to adapt delivery and operating model for the new Feature according to AXA Go Product strategy Define processes to operate the feature Define training plan and content in collaboration with training department Organize the handover to Operations team (formal sign-off) Manage budget & resources Track & report on budget towards Product Manager Identify & lead contributors (SME, Service Owner, Product Managers, Providers) Support the Product Manager to deliver the costing / pricing and update the product brochure Manage RFPs and PoCs and manage contractual amendments with providers if required Qualifications · 5 years’ experience in IT engineering and/or operations, among them at least 3 in functional lead roles in an international, large-scale, and highly visible cloud context Technical skills Experienced on cloud platforms & environments (namely AWS and AZURE) and technologies Experienced in agile based product lifecycle management and customer needs analysis Proven experience in associated methods: Project Management (PMP) and Agile, DevOps., SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban Proven experience in Service Delivery organizations and operational delivery (SLA, ITIL processes, IT large-scale project delivery…) Good knowledge and hands-on experiences in the Cloud ideally for both provider AWS and AZURE for such as servers, storage, network, database, distributed applications, cloud security Strong knowledge in Cloud datacenter architectures on infrastructure layer. This, including compute and storage, backup, network, database as well as IAM and security knowledge Leadership & Soft skills Expertise and ability to lead functionally cross-functional teams in large dynamic global environment Excellent presentation and training skills, communication adapted to the audience, including executives Ability to adapt to fit new circumstances and be able to handle unexpected demands Ability to convince, federate and motivate in multi-cultural environment Strong organizational and technology skills with an ability to manage competing demands Work with minimal direct guidance, self-motivated and proactive Assertiveness, empathy, active listening Customer centric and result orientation Language skills Good knowledge of written and spoken English is a must
