Multi-site Process Safety Engineer

Both sites are classified as Seveso high threshold due to the nature of their activity. Production operates on a continuous 5x8 basis, with a summer shutdown to allow for annual maintenance of the installations and specific projects. Each site has a global HSE team of 4-5 people, of which you will be an integral part, while reporting directly to the Global Process Safety Manager based in the US. It is therefore essential to have a genuine desire to develop in an international context. You will be responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of global process safety strategies, working closely with their local and international teams. Use Sphera Advanced Risk Assessment software to structure and capture data. Documentation and management of process safety data: Identify and fill gaps in process safety information. Develop priority actions to resolve these gaps in collaboration with local teams. Risk management support and training: Offer specific training on process safety. Knowledge of international standards (NFPA, ANSI, API, ATEX, etc.). Fluent French (written and spoken). Fluent English essential (international reports and exchanges). Mobility and adaptability to meet the requirements of an international role.
