Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner Location: Onsite at Weybridge, Surrey Reporting to: Financial Planning & Reporting Manager Hours on site in Weybridge: 8.30am - 5.30pm We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join and support our fast-growing finance team and to be the link between finance and the business. You must be able to apply your analytical skills beyond the traditional functions of finance and to bring the numbers to life for the business management teams. This role requires a candidate who is used to working in a rapidly changing environment and can meet demanding deadlines often with competing priorities. Responsibilities; Monthly and quarterly reporting Providing analysis and insight, linking financial reports to business strategies Support the business with the budget and forecasting process Building and maintaining relationships with senior managers and their departments Acting as a financial advisor – offering general financial support to commercial decision makers Undertaking project-based work for specific strategies / business initiatives Experience & Qualifications: CIMA Qualified Accountant (Minimum 3 years’ experience) Relationship building and stakeholder management Leadership, organisational management, presentation and communication skills Facilitation and conflict resolution Excellent commercial awareness Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret raw data and translate it into clear, concise information The ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance individuals Flexible and adaptable in approach The Package: As well as your salary, here are just some of the things you can expect when working as part of our team here: Pension Annual bonus Life assurance cover Critical illness cover Income protection Optional private medical insurance cover Gym membership allowance A health cash plan Free On-Site Parking 25 days annual holiday entitlement
