Full Stack Developer with Pega Full Time Opportunity SC Eligible or Active SC Candidates may Apply Reading UK as base location with some travel to client location (Hybrid) Job Description: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. Responsibilities Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions Design client-side and server-side architecture Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications Write effective APIs Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software Create security and data protection settings Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design Write technical documentation Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software Required Skill Object-oriented programming : A strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts Pega guardrails : Advanced knowledge of Pega Class Hierarchy Problem-solving : Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues Communication : Good communication and client-facing skills Collaboration : Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Java-based applications : Experience with Java-based applications Project management : High-level project management skills Innovation : An innovative mindset BPM : Knowledge of BPM
