Job Description

Office Administrator to a small, busy and personable team. Annual salary of £30,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, with the flexibility of one day hybrid working. Duties: Administrative office support, covering HR, Accounts and H&S policies Accounts payable / receivable experience which will lead onto management accounting responsibilities Oversight of freight process and to assist if needed All other relevant administration tasks Benefits: £30,000 per annum 24 days holiday (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown) Pension Parking Team Events Experience required: Previous administration/ finance experience Ability to organise a busy and varied workload Remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
