Management Accountant - 12 Month FTC

Management Accountant Sheffield £38,000 to £42,000 Contract - 12 Month Fixed Term Elevation Accountancy and Finance are working with a Sheffield based client looking to add a Management Accountant to their team on a fixed term contract for 12 months. Responsibilities of Management Accountant: Production of monthly projects spend reports Monthly forecasts on projects Ensure the capital expenditure policy and finance regulations are adhered to Updating asset register, depreciation calculations, reconciling of the fixed asset register with the general ledger Submit grant returns Balance sheet reconciliations Liaise with finance colleagues and people from other departments To apply for Management Accounts: Ideally part qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification (AAT, CIMA or ACCA) Experience in a similar finance role Experience within fixed assets and capital projects would be advantageous Strong Excel skills required (VlookUps, Pivot Tables and IF statements are essential) Full right to work in the UK If the above role is of interest please click apply or get in touch
