Job Description

My client, a well-regarded International Law Firm, are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join their team. This Learning and Development Manager role is responsible for managing the operational and coordination aspects of L&D within the firm, rather than creating and delivering L&D programmes, however, this is a development opportunity within the role. Salary approx. £35,000-£42,000. Key duties include: Managing, scheduling and facilitating various learning programmes (both in the UK and internationally). Looking at process improvement to help drive the function and learning experience forward. Overseeing (but not managing) the L&D budget. Co-ordinating global professional qualifications. Managing stakeholder relationships. Working with 3rd party training providers and internal L&D practitioners. Supervising a L&D Administrator. The successful candidate for this Learning and Development Manager role will need to have extensive experience of L&D, with the ability to be highly organised and must have experience of working in a corporate, fast paced environment.
