Project Manager

Job Description: Senior Project Manager Location: Reading (1 day a week on-site) Position Type: Full-time Salary: £60 – 75k Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in network-side projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to successful completion. This role requires someone who can navigate and excel in an unstructured environment, bringing order and efficiency to our operations. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage network-side projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor and track project progress. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in managing network-side projects within the broadband or telecommunications industry. Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative in an unstructured environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management) is preferred.
