Job Description
As a Social Housing Repairs Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for delivering first class customer support This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant and established team. Responsibilities will include: Sending jobs/locations to operatives via their PDA Liaising with clients to ensure work is booked in Managing the Operatives diaries and calendars Escalating concerns to senior management Responding to emails regarding repairs in accordance with operational procedures Logging calls and requests on IT Systems Liaising with operatives about completed jobs and return visits Ensuring engineers have all the correct information for the site and checking that it is being recorded correctly Assisting with contract management The ideal candidate will need to have experience in a similar scheduling or planning role. Experience//Skills required scheduling experience essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task Excellent communication skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast paced environment Attention to detail Good team player IT Literate Working hours 8am to 5pm Completely office based £27,000-£28,000
