Key Account Director

Our client is a global out sourcing business, providing wide ranging FM, Workplace and Project Management services to both public & private sector clientele. As a leading Facilities Management business they have a reputation for service excellence and a customer first approach. We are recruiting for a Key Account Director to manage a portfolio of accounts UK wide, the portfolio contains multiple customers including legal, technology and professional services. You will be responsible for a number of key areas. Financial and commercial control / accountability (15mil) Leadership and development of the management team Supply chain and third party vendor management Developing customer relationships Driving contract growth and depth Identifying commercial opportunities efficient ways of working Acting as the senior point of escalation Harnessing technology and data to deliver cost savings This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive & people first organisation. We are looking for a commercially savvy and client facing lead, you must have a collaborative and inclusive approach and have a proven track record delivering full FM services at a senior level. A background managing or delivering hard FM / engineering services would be advantageous.
