As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in resident well-being while leading and motivating a dedicated care team. Role requirements: Deliver exceptional resident care: In accordance with current best practices, ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and well-being according to care plans, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations, under the management of the Manager. Assist with daily living activities: Including meals, personal care, medication, cleaning, assisting to get dressed including bathing and social interaction. Communicating and collaborating: Liaise with residents, families, and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Maintaining accurate resident records. Safety first: Ensure the safety and security of residents and staff. A team player who thrives in collaboration and manages multiple priorities. Must be an organised individual with a strong attention to detail. Problem-solving skills with critical thinking and sound decision-making skills. Trained in medication administration. All applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK to apply for this role (Please NOTE we do not provide sponsorship) Qualifications: Qualified and experienced Carer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in care industry or as a Senior Care Assistant.
