The company is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy, supporting its ambitious growth agenda, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligning with its growth and operational objectives. · Build and optimise robust financial systems, processes, and controls to support scalability. · Lead fundraising initiatives, manage investor relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. · Drive strategic investments, partnerships, and acquisitions to capitalise on market opportunities. · Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data and market trends to guide executive decision-making. Key requirements · A qualified finance professional (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent) with extensive experience as a CFO or Finance Director, preferably in the technology or digital media sector. · Experience in private equity or venture capital-backed environments is highly desirable. · Demonstrated track record of scaling organisations, leading transformational change, and delivering financial performance in high-growth settings. · Adept at analysing complex data to provide actionable recommendations. · A confident communicator with the ability to inspire and influence across all levels, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
