Job Title: Partnerships Coordinator Company: UAP Global Location: Canary Wharf, London Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnerships Coordinator to join our team at our London Office. In this exciting role, you will support the development, management, and nurturing of strategic partnerships that align with UAP’s goals. You will collaborate with educational institutions, agents, and internal teams to ensure that partnerships are impactful and help drive UAP's growth within the global education sector. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development Support: Assist in the creation and execution of partnership strategies that align with UAP’s mission and vision. Research and identify potential educational partners, agents, and institutions to expand UAP's network. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for partner inquiries, providing support and fostering strong relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, business development, admissions and compliance team) to ensure partners needs are met and incorporated into UAP’s offerings. Facilitate ongoing communication with partners, ensuring they remain satisfied and engaged with UAP. Contract and Agreement Support: Help to ensure that partnership agreements are executed in compliance with legal and company standards. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track partnership performance against agreed KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management. Assist in preparing detailed reports on partnership activities, providing insights into performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Team Collaboration and Development: Work closely with senior team members and partnership managers to ensure the effective delivery of partnership strategies. Support the continuous development of partnership management processes and best practices. Brand Representation and Advocacy: Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations that highlight UAP’s value proposition and student services. Represent UAP at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to help build new partnerships and increase brand awareness. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, Education, or related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in partnership management or business development, ideally within the education sector or a related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools. Ability to analyse partnership performance and suggest improvements. Willingness to travel as required (30-40% travel may be expected).
