The Opportunity For You Gain the opportunity as an experienced Product Manager to bring your skills to a top performing Venture Capital firm and develop a strategic and visionary technology platform with their CTO and Head of Technology. You'll be given the freedom to partner with their investors and surrounding business functions to build a plan from scratch and define what Product looks like as the first product-orientated hire into the organisation How often do you get the direct ear of a seasoned CTO, investor team, and the freedom to design and build a strategic technical platform that has your stamp on it? The Context A global presence and pedigree, they have over $10bn AUM and have had a stake in helping some household brands scale to global presence, they are now entering the next phase of their journey. They have a vision to develop a strategic roadmap that will allow technology to extrapolate the capability of the business to scale businesses effectively, but they are currently at ground zero and need someone to build the foundations and create a plan for the future. HQ based in London but with operational centres globally, this will serve the business firstly on a local scale and later on a global scale and you will be building a platform that touches everything from sales, compliance, legal, and operations. What You Need You'll need to a top notch business analyst that can show the entrepreneurial capability to work with investors and build a long term vision. Business Process Mapping. Solution Development - Implementation of software solutions. Stakeholder collaboration with business owners, investors, and C- suite. Knowledge of Zapier, Power Automate, Vision, and API's.
