Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Designer , well versed in high-end hospitality fitouts, to join our growing In-House design team. The Lead Designer (Associate level) will run the delivery of our luxury restaurant projects globally for Zuma, Roka, Oblix and Inko Nito including beach clubs, ski locations and full restaurant fit outs. This role will be office-based, with international travel to various sites as required. Main Duties Your key responsibilities will include: Lead in-house interior design projects from inception to completion ensuring they suit the brand DNA’s Liaise and coordinate with company founder, heads of department, managing directors, internal operations, culinary and beverage teams for a well coordinated project outcome. Generate design programmes and fees and ensure timely delivery of each project. Manage senior, mid-level and junior designers Oversee the design of bespoke furniture, lighting and fabrics guiding the overall design vision. Oversee detailed specifications, technical drawings and schedules guiding the process ensuring coordination with local architects, regulations and partners. Involvement in feasibility analysis of new sites for brand expansion Run the communication with external consultants, architects and construction teams for successful efficient project results. Facilitate smooth communication and information flow within the design team and across departments. Conduct quality checks during site construction to ensure delivery meets quality and brand expectations.
