Ecommerce Manager - £65K Great Benefits including Bonus - Hybrid (London) – Real Estate Industry I have partnered with an exceptional business in the real estate industry. They work across multiple sites across the UK where they work with the student market. The business is looking to shack up the industry with new ideas brought to the table and this is heavily encouraged in the company. An employee led business with a fantastic culture Sitting within the Marketing team, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and working with across a creative marketing team, with 1 direct report. This is a key role for the team as you will be optimising the web and app development, to lead a strong ecommerce process and user journey for all. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the website and app, creating all content towards brand engagement Identify new initiatives to improve online customer experiences for optimised growth Executive new product innovations for the business through digital platform enhancements Maximise all revenue generation opportunities through listings on Google and Bing, and partners such as WeChat Work across the UK and on an international scope for commercial performance Skills & Experience Strong experience across an ecommerce business Previous line management experience (in this role you will manage 1 Digital Executive in the marketing team) Excellent knowledge of ecommerce and digital practice - needs to be hands on in all areas Hands on understanding of website execution for customer journeys Strong experience across reporting and analysis tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics with A/B testing Collaboration with CRO and Dev teams to make amendments down the ecommerce funnel
