They are a full-service law firm currently undergoing an exciting period of growth after securing an exclusive partnership with a major bank, solidifying their position as a leader in lender-focused conveyancing. The Role You will join the conveyancing team to handle a varied caseload, including: Purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold properties. Remortgages, landlord and tenant matters, and transfers of equity. Acting for lenders as part of the firm’s exclusive partnership About You You will have a strong background in property law with substantial post qualification experience You should be confident in independently handling files, with access to partner support when needed You should possess leadership skills and have experience supervising team members You should have experience acting for lenders and is adept at cultivating new client relationships.
