Plant Country Mgr For a leading FMCG company located in Southern Italy, we are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Country Plant Manager. The candidate must possess robust operational expertise and a strategic mindset, with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to reorganize processes, energize teams, and drive efficiency. A strong focus on supply-chain excellence is critical, ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, and production. Mission and Role Description Lead and manage all operational aspects across production facilities to achieve superior standards of efficiency, quality, and safety, while meeting customer service objectives. This role emphasizes optimizing the supply chain, fostering collaboration with procurement and logistics, and addressing potential risks to maintain a resilient and agile operation. Strategic vision and hands-on leadership will be essential to deliver outstanding customer value, ensure supply chain integrity, and achieve business goals. Budgeting and cost control & analysis will be among the candidate’s main responsibilities, as well as the task to inspire and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Knowledge and Skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in operations, supply chain management, and plant operations.
