Head of Shared Service Centre Finance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Shared Service Centre Finance with a proven ability to lead change, streamline processes, and drive impactful digital transformation within a complex, multinational environment. In this pivotal role, you will manage a diverse team of 35 professionals, oversee shared services operations across 10 countries, and ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards (IFRS), and tax requirements. Key responsibilities include re-engineering processes, implementing cutting-edge digital tools, and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Your Skills and Expertise A qualified ACCA with a B.Com Accounting (Honours); MBA preferred. 10 years of experience in a Shared Services Finance role within an international organisation. Expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP), financial systems transformation, and digitalisation. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire.
