Scrum Master

We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching team members on Agile principles, and removing impediments to help the team achieve their sprint goals. Additionally, you will work closely with the Manager to enhance the Agile processes within the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Bachelors degree or National Diploma in the field of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field At least 3 years experience as a Software Engineer At least 5 years experience delivering large, complex IT transformational projects At least 5 years experience as a Scrum Master managing Agile teams Proven practical experience in implementing SAFe Agile and/ or Scrum Certified Scrum Master Working knowledge and competence using JIRA and Confluence. Working knowledge on implementing and maintaining Jira reporting Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices Remove impediments to help the team meet their sprint goals Work with the Manager to improve Agile processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement
