Job Description

Qualifications: CompTIA A and N ITIL Cisco CCNA Zabbix certifications or monitoring tools certification Matric essential Degree would be advantageous Requirements: 3 years' experience in IT support, help desk or technical support Remote desktop support tools: RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VNC Prior experience or exposure to security systems or logistics software is preferred Strong Windows administration experience Zabbix or other network monitoring tools Cloud-based systems experience KPAs: 24/7 help desk support Conduct site checks Resolve technical issues Manage tickets, reprint tickets and update records Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve IT issues Cloud support Please note that this help desk environment runs 24/7, therefore this role will require shift work.
