Production Supervisor

Qualifications: Degree in administration or Production Management Highly advantageous Minimum 10 years experience in a Manufacturing or Production Management Role Proven Leadership Skills Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and Production Management Software Duties: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency Manage and coordinate all aspects of the production process, including material procurement, inventory management and qualify control Monitor production performance and implement process improvements to enhance factory efficiency and reduce costs Lead, coach and mentor production staff to achieve performance targets Monitor KPI's Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards and company policies
