If you're keen on either a permanent or contract salesforce architect role, please apply as the role is open to both Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Salesforce Solution Architect to join our consulting customer team. This role will be critical in designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions for our clients. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into well-architected solutions, and guide the implementation team to deliver effective Salesforce-based systems. This role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce products, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design and Architecture Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions, addressing client needs and business goals. Develop and maintain an architectural blueprint that aligns with Salesforce best practices and industry standards. Define and implement Salesforce architecture strategies, incorporating multi-cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) when necessary. 2. Technical Leadership Serve as the lead technical advisor on Salesforce solutions, guiding development teams through complex implementations. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, ensuring successful project delivery. Provide technical guidance on best practices, security, and governance of Salesforce implementations. Responsible for technical delivery and managing technical team 3. Requirements Analysis and Stakeholder Management Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into detailed technical requirements. Participate in workshops and discovery sessions, capturing requirements and demonstrating how Salesforce can support business objectives. Manage client expectations and address concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 4. Salesforce Integration Design integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, data warehouses). Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems through robust data mapping and integration strategies. 5. Team Collaboration and Mentorship Mentor and coach junior architects and developers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across development, QA, and operations to ensure smooth project execution. 6. Project Management and Governance Work within Agile methodologies to ensure timely project delivery. Ensure all solutions are compliant with governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Experience: 7 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role at a consulting firm. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and third-party integrations. Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware is a plus. Consulting Skills: Proven experience working with executive and C-level stakeholders, with strong communication and presentation skills. Project Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in leading project phases from conception to deployment.
