Job content & responsibilities: Training of apprentices/skills programmes/short courses Ability to train against the occupational qualifications and part qualifications Trade Testing/ARPL Training administration General competency assessments Qualifications required: Matric Certificate Qualified Millwright / Fitter / Boilermaker Artisan with three years related work experience Two years work experience as a Trainer will be advantage. N4 Mechanical Engineering Certificate Trained/Registered Assessor and Moderator Requirements (technical skills): Millwright/ Fitter/ Boilermaker in manufacturing/mining/production environment Ability to train and prepare candidates in Millwright/Fitter/ Boilermaker Train the Trainer Perm/Contracting position: Permanent Requirements (soft skills) : Team player, Facilitation skills, Communication skills, Writing of reports , Presentation skills General work- related experience required: Millwright/Fitter/ Boilermaker experience in the manufacturing, production and mining environment Training of apprentices and P1 candidates will be advantageous Work location (physical address): Lephalal e area
