Title: Manufacturing Equipment CQV Engineer (USP/DSP) Location: Toulouse, France Position Available: 1 Type: Contract (6 months) Rate: 500 - 600 eur/day Your Responsibilities: Be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of our downstream processing equipment, including filtration and purification systems. Ensure that their equipment is installed and operating correctly Troubleshoot any issues that may arise Documentation of the test results in the relevant test/commissioning documents according to GDP Perform other duties appropriate to the candidate's skills, experience and competencies as assigned Coordinate field activities of vendors and contractors Attend and lead the daily commissioning morning meetings on site Attend relevant project meetings Arrange the daily work permits IQ/OQ of Upstream and Downstream equipment/instrumentation Organize the execution of safety measures (Loto, etc.) Profile required: 5 to 10 years' experience in UpStream and DownStream manufacturing equipment qualification. Experience in execution on equipment such as: Bioreactor, skid, Low Flow Chromatography skid, TCU Purification, Autoclave, Bag integrity tester, Centrifuge, Mastery of non-conformity management scripts.
