Part of the La Poste group, Geopost generated a €15.In a booming logistics sector and very competitive eco-system, your primary missions will be : To develop, deploy and maintain our new Shipping solution for non-contracted users to build a state-of-the-art seamless and competitive digital journey for ad-hoc parcel senders, focusing on private individuals As an IT Product Manager you will be part of the Parcel Lifecycle domain and report to the domain manager. You will oversee the delivery activity for C2X shipping applications, supervising the IT delivery team of the product but also managing dependencies with other applications to ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience. You will have to coordinate the different IT actors (development teams, support teams, etc.) Building the roadmap and rollout strategy of the product, in collaboration with Group Marketing and Group IT stakeholders Align the strategy around the product with cross-functional strategic IT initiatives, continuous improvement, innovations Actively contribute to the IT department governance deliverables (build and run reporting/instances) Driving the product while respecting the architecture standards, keeping in mind our complex IT ecosystem and related technical and functional interdependencies to optimize our time to market Collaborating with other IT product managers to ensure the delivery of interdependencies in the agreed time to market. Driving activities (both technical and functional), planning, roles & responsibilities, testing, coordination, communication, resources activity monitoring, reporting. Contributing to Solution design, user story, test strategy, execution & validation Supporting IT Roll-Out Manager deploying solution in the subsidiaries Ensuring Solution compliance to Cyber Security / GDPR Group Standards for Solutions Drive and support your product team to the Geopost Agile framework usage Lead the transition to a seamless and automated product delivery process (DevOps move, tests automation, etc.) Main technical environment is Java / Web / Open Source. Languages: Java, JavaScript. Linux, Apache, Docker, K8’s Tools: JIRA, Confluence. You have proven track record as an IT product manager in an international and multicultural environment. You have a global understanding of logistics activities, related processes and IT ecosystems. You are also capable of getting the big picture and global understanding of the product you are responsible for, as well as operationally deep dive in it, supporting, implementing and coordinating activities. You have a good mastering of IT project management practices, IT product lifecycle and Agile implementation method. Self-starter, ability to take a topic and drive it to deliver business value. Good general IT knowledge, especially of Java / Web & Open-source environment “Strong IT/Digital skills, vision and leadership on technical subjects (web technologies, Java, web services, databases) Design Thinking & Agile product Management solid experience Effective communication with various stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) Transport & International logistics / B2C-B2B web portal experience are key advantages Fluent English is mandatory.
