Join our international team of 180 colleagues who share the same culture and values, fully committed to a project with a strong societal impact &128154; We are hiring a Head of Sales France at CleverConnect As Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring the entire book of business for all SaaS customers in France is handled strategically and effectively. This is a player-coach role designed to lead by example, combining personal sales execution with team leadership to drive revenue growth. As Head of Sales, you’ll act as both a leader and a key contributor. This player-coach role will enable you to combine team management with hands-on execution to drive SaaS revenue growth in the French market. &Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for customer acquisition, growth, and retention. Sales Execution: Personally manage key accounts and strategic deals and contracts, while demonstrating best practices using the MEDDICC methodology. A track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments, ideally in applying MEDDICC principles.
