Our technologies enable candidates to find more suitable opportunities and highlight their personality and motivation Join our international team of 180 colleagues who share the same culture and values, fully committed to a project with a strong societal impact If you want to know more about us: We are hiring a Head of Sales France at CleverConnect BU Plateforme Saas As Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring the entire book of business for all SaaS customers in France is handled strategically and effectively. This is a player-coach role designed to lead by example, combining personal sales execution with team leadership to drive revenue growth. Your role: As Head of Sales, you’ll act as both a leader and a key contributor. This player-coach role will enable you to combine team management with hands-on execution to drive SaaS revenue growth in the French market. Key responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for customer acquisition, growth, and retention. Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve both individual and collective targets. Sales Execution: Personally manage key accounts and strategic deals and contracts, while demonstrating best practices using the MEDDICC methodology. Business Development: Drive new customer acquisition, foster upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure high renewal rates. Who are you? Experience in selling SaaS solutions to business functions (HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.). A track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments, ideally in applying MEDDICC principles. Leadership skills: either proven leadership experience or readiness to step up into a team leadership role for the first time. Fluent in French and English What can you expect from CleverConnect?
