Test Manager – Finance Transformation Location: Hybrid/ Paris Contract Type: Freelance We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Test Manager with a strong background in Finance Transformation to join our client’s project team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality systems and processes through effective test planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Test Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive testing plans in collaboration with finance and technology stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met effectively. Defect Resolution: Oversee and actively engage in testing activities, working closely with project teams to identify, resolve, and approve defects. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the liaison between finance and technical teams, driving clear communication and timely resolution of testing-related issues. Oracle ERP Implementation: Leverage experience (if applicable) in implementing Oracle ERP systems to support the finance transformation goals. Bilingual Communication: Utilize fluency in French and English to effectively collaborate with international teams and stakeholders. Key Requirements: Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing testing plans, with strong defect management skills. Experience designing charts of accounts compliant with French Local GAAP (PCG). Familiarity with Oracle ERP implementation is a significant advantage. Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
