The Role: Provide phone, email, and remote support to IT system users across multiple international locations Ensure timely resolution of incidents, aiming for first-time fixes and escalating when necessary Develop IT solutions that meet business needs and user requirements The Candidate: Experience in technical support within a Microsoft environment Mobile device support including troubleshooting and administration Experience supporting remote access and flexible working solutions The Package: Base salary: £25,000-£30,000 Hybrid working Private Medical Insurance Income Protection Life assurance Interested?
