Head of Solution Architecture – £120k Package Are you ready to lead and shape the future of architecture in a thriving eCommerce and retail business? La Fosse are partnered with an international retailer, who are looking for someone to help to mature their architecture function. You'll lead a current team of Solution Architects (each aligned by capability) and work to match solutions to overall business objectives, further embedding architecture governance across their operations. The Role Lead the Team : Manage and develop a team of three, with future plans to expand. Strategic Impact : Oversee architecture governance, drive innovation, and align solutions with business goals. Deliver Change : Lead the adoption of Shopify, improve back-end supply chain systems, and support U.S. market expansion. Collaborate & Prioritize : Partner with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to maximize platform capabilities. Why Join?
