Senior Software Engineer (Founding Engineer)

They’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team in London, where you’ll work on cutting-edge products in an exciting, hybrid working environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python and TypeScript (React, Angular). Build scalable backend services and APIs in Python . Create responsive and user-friendly front-end features in collaboration with the product team. Optimize application performance, ensure security, and write high-quality, maintainable code. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster growth. Contribute to continuous improvements in development practices and CI/CD pipelines. Requirements: Education : BSc in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Physics, or related field (2.1 or higher) from a top-tier university (e.g., Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial). Experience : At least 4 years working as a Full Stack Developer in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, etc.) and TypeScript (React, Angular). Solid experience with backend systems, REST APIs , and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and DevOps tools. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
