They are actively seeking a Lead Software Engineers to support this growth and lead a small team of developers. You will be part of a global team, however the London team focus on pre trade tech development for credit flow. Essential Skills: 8 years hands on Java 8, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, SQL/Oracle, and Linux. Skilled in leading development teams with strong analytical and design skills. Financial Services Background Agile Front End Exposure - Web UI - React or Typescript Responsibilities Hands-on coding, managing project rollouts, and leading development initiatives. Contributing to platform architecture, infrastructure, and business requirement assessments. Ensuring platform meets security and audit standards.
