Additionally, you will provide comprehensive desktop support, addressing various technical device issues to enhance user productivity and satisfaction. We are seeking pragmatic, organized, and driven candidates with solid experience in supporting end-user devices. Ideally, you will have software management skills, including packaging and delivering applications, preferably using MS Intune. Training will be provided.
