Please note that this is an office based position in Rivonia. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced marketer to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for a rapidly growing brand. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities. Understands digital marketing (SEO & Social media), with a strong personality who can cope under pressure as our environment is fast paced. Able to work on their own and with a team. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to support sales and revenue objectives. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, sms marketing, content marketing and traditional advertising. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, understand customer behaviour and assess competitors. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including brochures, website content and social media posts. Event Management: Plan and coordinate company events and promotional activities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics and social media management tools). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
