Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager

Hire Resolve's Client is seeking to hire a Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to join their team specializing in Solar energy . The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager will oversee the performance and maintenance of their renewable energy systems . The successful candidate will have a technical background in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Monitor the performance of solar energy systems to meet production and efficiency targets. Analyze performance data and provide reports to stakeholders. Develop and implement procedures and best practices for O&M. 2. Maintenance Management Plan and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Coordinate troubleshooting and fault resolution. Manage spare parts inventory and procurement. 3. Technical Leadership Offer technical support and guidance to the O&M team. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring technical issues. 4. Stakeholder Communication Maintain clear communication with clients about system performance, maintenance schedules, and issue resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to optimize operations. 5. Time and Resource Management Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and operational requirements. Ensure cost-efficient operation while maintaining high system reliability. Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in solar energy projects with a focus on operations and maintenance. Comprehensive knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions. Familiarity with Energy Management Systems and performance monitoring platforms is an advantage. Skills and Competencies Strong technical expertise in solar energy systems. Exceptional attention to detail for ensuring system performance and reliability. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
