The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of AXA Group Operations ‘People Acquisition & Branding’ Team in their day-to-day sourcing & recruiting activities. Define the sourcing strategy: Drive the ‘intake meetings’ in collaboration with the recruiter and hiring manager to collect all the requirements about the role Provide the minutes of the ‘intake meeting to all parties Identify and select the relevant channels to source candidates Post job vacancies on our internal and external tools Ensure regular follow-up with recruiter and hiring manager on the effectiveness of the sourcing strategy Provide insights on the local labor market Pre-selection of candidates: Review in coming candidate applications on our internal platform Search of candidates using multiple tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, search engines and other social channels Prequalify candidates over phone calls to ensure interest and qualification alignment to the role Provide qualitative shortlist of prequalified candidates to the recruiter Schedule and arrange interviews with hiring managers and team members Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to enhance the employer's brand and attract top talents Build long-term professional relationships with candidates for future opportunities Reporting: Regularly provide activity reports to inform the recruiter on the sourcing status Profile 2 years’ experience working as headhunter or recruiter (Graduated welcome as well if relevant internships in the field) in search firms or in international companies Familiar with IT/Tech/Cybersecurity industries Fluent in English (any other languages such as French and Spanish is a plus) Key Skills & Competencies Knowledge of Boolean operators to find the right talents on the different platforms Proactive, dynamic and strong organizational/time management skills Able to handle high volumes of open positions as well as short deadlines
