Your role Okoone is looking for a highly motivated Product Designer / UI/UX Designer who will imagine and design features for web and mobile applications used by millions of people around the world in order to deliver an exceptional experience and help Okoone’s customer reach their business goals. With the help of Okoone Lead Product Designers, and in collaboration with our customers Marketing, Business and Engineering teams, your focus will be to: Collect and refine web and mobile product feature requirements from Okoone customers teams and convert them into actionable designs plans to reach goals in user acquisition, conversion and retention Design user interfaces and prototypes for features prioritized in our customers roadmap Validate design proposals with stakeholders Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the quality of design in all web and mobile deliveries Improve users experience on existing features of Okoone customers web and mobile platforms Keep a constant view on users’ profiles to suggest ways to ease their experience Collaborate with Marketing, Business and Engineering teams to ensure experience goals are met Participate in maintaining designer methodology and tools efficient by working on Design Systems, etc. Ideal profile You must be a talented, versatile and motivated Product Designer with sufficient experience to work in an efficient and agile way.
