Job Description
Our client Our client, a family-owned international company leader in the development, manufacture and marketing of home care and personal care products, is recruiting his / her HRBP Senior for its French plant, located in the East of the Lyon metropolitan area . Mission The Plant HRBP Senior has a strategic role, acting as a bridge between Human Resources and Business Units and ensuring that talent strategies are aligned with organizational goals. This position has a special focus on Labor Relations and Union negotiations, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment. Main responsibilities 1- Labor Relations: Develop and maintain constructive relationships with union representatives and other key stakeholders. Manage labor conflicts and resolve disputes effectively. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies. 2- Union Negotiations: Lead collective bargaining negotiations with unions, including the preparation and presentation of proposals. Collaborate with company leaders to develop negotiation strategies that support organizational objectives. Monitor and analyze labor and union trends to anticipate and mitigate potential conflicts. 3- Talent Strategy: Work with organizational leaders to design and implement talent strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee performance management and professional development of employees. Facilitate organizational change and support cultural development initiatives. Control de headcount of the plant. Planning workforce 4- Recruitment Ensure the recruitment and follow up the selections processes according to the needs of the plant. Develop employer branding campaigns aligned with headquarter actions. Candidate background & experience At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within multinational companies preferably within the FMCG sector and with a focus on production environments. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, local labour laws, and experience with HR systems and tools. Academic background: University degree on Labour Law, law, business or similar. Master degree is valuable. High level of English is a must Specific technical knowledge · Strategic vision to understand business needs. · Previous background on industrial company is a must. · Data oriented. · Highly knowledge on French labour law. · Ideally experience working with Workday environment.
